Hopeful!

I finally got confirmation that I will have surgery to relieve some of the pain in my hands and hopefully get back to sculpting.  First is my right hand, the worst one, in three weeks, then three weeks later my left hand.  I know it won't rid me of pain completely, but if I can regain some use I will be thrilled.  In the meantime, my little Etsy adventure continues to keep me busy.

Have a wonderful Fourth of July everyone.  We will continue our tradition of a hometown Fourth, sitting on the grass of the football field, enjoying all the yummy food that goes with this sort of get together and topping it off with a spectacular fireworks display.

HAVE A HAPPY AND SAFE FOURTH OF JULY!!

Dearest Judy,
I am sorry that it has got to the point that you reguire surgery to relieve some of the pain, but if that is what it takes it will be worth it in the long term. Nothing worse than being in constant pain.
I will keep you in my prayers.
Wishing you a wonderful week.
Love and blessings,
Penny
p.s. I love your Etsy shop!

Thank you Victoria, surgery on both hands went really well. Thought I was ready to work with clay and started having problems with my neck. MRI showed herniated disc, bulging disc and bone spurs,so, I am now waiting for my appointment with neurosurgeon in two weeks for evaluation.
Thank you again for your kind words.
Hugs,
Judy

Thank you Mirsini, I'm doing much better. The pain has lessened so much, due to the surgerys and a new medication I'm on. Since opening my Etsy shop, I have less time to sculpt, and I miss it so much. I really do enjoy the vintage things as well though. I hope you continue with your lovely creations too.
You've made my day with your very kind and sweet comments.
Thank you dear,
Hugs

I am so sorry to hear that you're no longer sculpting. I have several of your pieces, including Thistle, which I love.
I don't know if it will help you but my doctor recommended Bio Freeze for my back injury & it has enabled me to continue moving.
My prayers are with you.

Hi Stacy,
I remember you dear!
I haven't updated my blog in so long. I had the surgery and am back to sculpting, just not as much. Thank you so much for your kind comments.
