I posted a picture of a tiny grasshopper I named Hector a couple of weeks ago. He probably will be going where ever it is grasshoppers go when the weather cools off, so I had to get one more picture of him. Here's Pink and Hector, partners in crime, and not a strawberry to be found anywhere.
Oh Judy! This is a HOOT! I cannot believe he is still around... Thanks for sharing and thank you for for your most welcome visit with Bebe and your kind words. Bless you dear friend Penny
Hi Victoria, you're right about Pink. I have a picture of her pulling a berry off the vine, so I know she's guilty. Hector seems to just munch on the leaves.:)
And Penny, I'm surprised he's still around too. I've gotten a pic of him almost every day. It's funny he's the only grasshopper I've seen in the back yard. He seems to have developed a tolerance to my three dogs, they sniff and he just sits there.
Hi Judy... Oh I love Pink and the strawberries!! I have four litle boys (Italian Greyhounds) they won't eat the strawbarries but they pull the letteuce out , steal all the peppers and try to dig the carrots up! They LOVE their veggies! Bella
Yes, Bella, Pink had her share of strawberries this summer and Hector really munched on the leaves. Hectors gone now and a few tiny berries are struggling to ripen, but it may be too late in the season. I love that your Greyhounds like their veggies, hope they left some for you!
Hi Judy I hope all is well with you and yours. Thank you so much for your most welcome visit. Your words warm my heart. Wishing you a wonderful weekend. Blessings, Penny
You give your love and friendship unconditionally. You enjoy long, thoughtful conversations rich in philosophy and spirituality. You are very loyal and intuitive.

Maybe Pink is eating your strawberries hee hee, my last dog would steal them off the vine if you didn't watch her.
